How did your Dividend Income come along in month of November?

Recent Buy – T, OKE

I’m looking for companies that are fairly valued, have a decent dividend yield (3% to 6%) and have a fairly long history of paying dividends consistently for 10 years or more. However, there could be some cases for exceptionally good company or a strategic buy for a very long term.

With market setting all time highs, it’s getting difficult to find companies at fair valuation. I managed to add positions in following companies recently in last few months of 2017:

1) AT&T Inc. (T)
Defensive plays like telecom and utilities are a great place to be when market becomes turbulent. I bought 25 positions in at $34.28 on 11/13 and it’ll add $49.00 of passive income on an annual basis.

2) ONEOK, Inc. (OKE)
Oil segment has gone thru a lot but, it has already recovered much of lost ground. The O&E companies are long-term hold even after on-going renewable revolution. I bought 25 positions in OKE at $53.47 on 12/13 and it’ll add $74.50 of passive income on an annual basis.

Full Disclosure: Long on above mentioned securities.
